To begin a return of your plush toy to Pambu Panda, verify that it meets the return qualifications. To qualify as a return, the plush toy must fall under the following categories:

Contains a stain(s) that are clearly distinct from the toy’s original color.
The toy’s seams are ripped or broken.
Stuffing is falling out of the toy.
You received a different toy from the one you purchased.

In addition, to qualify, you must request a return within 30 days of receipt.

To request a return or inquire about whether your toy qualifies, please email us at support@pambushop.com. Please include a picture of the toy, specifically showing the location of the damage or stain. Include whether you are seeking a refund or an exchange.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a return label. Affix the label to the PAMBU box you received with the toy, and then bring it to any UPS pick-up facility. Once we receive your returned toy, you will be issued either a refund or a new toy.
